This hotel impressed me with its attention to detail and great value for money. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with a kitchenette that had all the necessary facilities to cook your own meals. The free continental breakfast was a welcome bonus, especially with the option to use the cooking facilities. The location was also convenient, being close to both a big supermarket and the center of town.
No negative aspect to mention, everything was great!

It was peaceful and the friendly staff. The bed was really comfortable. A big thank you to the cleaning staff who did our dishes and kept our room clean and tidy.
WE didn't like the huge amount of ants in our room, all over the bench. The spa bath slowly drained itself

The Hosts were fantastic in all ways. I had to stay here when my husband had major surgery, They allowed me to book in early. The room was Very clean and the service was fantastic. I could not have wished for more. I would Recommend to all.
Close to hospital, Everything you could need was on hand. They treated me with respect and nothing was to much trouble.

The customer service at this motel was impeccable! We were greeted with a warm welcome and given all the information we needed to make our romantic escape perfect. The location was ideal, just a short walk away from some great restaurants and entertainment. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the free breakfast delivered straight to our door each morning.
We did notice that the decor was a bit outdated, which may bother some guests. the Wi-Fi connection was a bit slow, but that wasn't a huge issue for us since we were focused on enjoying our time together.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in New Zealand that truly exceeded my expectations. The hotel offers incredible value for money, with affordable prices that are hard to beat. The attention to detail in this hotel is impressive, from the well-maintained rooms with all the necessary facilities to cook your own meals, to the good pressure shower that was a delight after a long day of exploring. I also appreciated the free continental breakfast that was delivered right to my room every morning, making it a convenient and tasty start to the day. Additionally, the hotel's location close to the centre and within walking distance to a big supermarket was extremely convenient for grabbing any necessities or exploring the city.
All was perfect, no improvements needed.

We booked two adults and two children with a late arrival. We arrived at 10.30 to find a king bed and a double bed. So had to share with one of our children in the big bed. Mentioned this to the receptionist the next morning and she was very rude saying that they had never got this information and that Booked.net was a nightmare to deal with. She did have the information as I had a copy of my booking, instead of going off on one she could have said "I'm sorry we missed that on your booking" Very disappointed with the service.

The breakfast was nice and rich and the owners (old couple) were nice and friendly.
The room wasn't very clean, we found several leaves in our bedroom... perhaps they forgot the door open and outside the wind were quite strong.

The accessibility to centre of Hamilton is good. Parking off street is also good. \ Free WiFi was excellent and the younger member of our group was very happy with that. Nice toiletries and make up remover touch. The shower has impressive pressure and was luxuirous in itself - but the spa bath is best negotiated by the younger and more agile! The speedy delivery of breakfast for the next day is great too - within an hour of arriving in the unit that evening. The huge flat screen is also a great bonus...though it over powers the size of the room a bit - but again for sports and young people and watching movies its a plus.
While the stove top works - you need some instructions for those who still like to cook our own food. It took a while and some experimentation to get the food to boiling point! The electric frypan which seemed to be a bonus turned out to be not at all - in fact the non-stick surface was peeling and hazardous to use - it needs urgent replacement. The kitchen tools need some expansion - a plasic chopping board for meat would be a great addition. The bedroom was damp on the window side of our room (Rm 17 I think) and also needs some investigation - as it tends to make the whole room seem to smell damp as well.
